Manager of Emergency Department & Express Clinic

Jefferson Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Manager of Emergency Department and Express Clinic to join our team. In this position, you will support the Director of Emergency Department and Express Clinic by overseeing daily operations, staffing, and clinical performance within these units. This role ensures consistent delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care while implementing the strategic direction established by the Director. The Manager collaborates with physician partners, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to promote effective communication, patient flow, and operational efficiency across the Emergency departments.

What You'll need:

  • Current Washington state RN license in good standing
  • 4 years of Emergency Department experience preferred
  • Charge Nurse experience preferred
  • Current BLS and ACLS required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent experience required
  • 5-7 years of nursing experience preferred
  • 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
