About the Role
Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development seeks a strategic and entrepreneurial Manager of Enrollment Partnerships to build and grow a portfolio of partnerships that drive enrollment, curricular impact, and Wheelock’s reputation as a partner of choice in education and human development. This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape a growing function at BU Wheelock. The manager will identify and pursue revenue-generating partnership opportunities with school districts, corporations, nonprofits, and international institutions, and establish the infrastructure to track and scale these relationships over time. Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Executive Affairs, the manager will bring both relationship-building skill and business development acumen. They will work closely with colleagues across enrollment, marketing, community engagement, and academic program leadership to drive enrollment growth and programmatic engagement.
Position Logistics
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position with access to the University’s comprehensive benefits plan. This position will have an office on BU’s Charles River Campus and may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule of up to two remote days per week.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $86,000 to $92,000 annually. This range is based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and the overall scope of the role. Please note that the final salary offered may vary depending on these factors.
