Reporting directly to the Director of Facility Services, the Manager of Facility Services is accountable for the goals and objectives for the Facility Services Department within the scope of the leader to include productivity, performance improvement, and operating and capital budget compliance. The manager supports strategic growth of the department through development and implementation of long-term facility planning. This position oversees all daily facility operations, including maintenance, construction, grounds, life safety, and plant operations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent required
Experience:
Three years in management of similar functions (preferred)
Knowledge of health care construction, building codes, general knowledge of mechanical plumbing, electrical systems, and specialty hospital systems (preferred)
General knowledge of all other local, state and federal and ACHC health and safety codes
CHFM (preferred)
