Manager of Finance

Salary: $85,000-$100,000
A growing, mission-driven educational organization is seeking a Manager of Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Build and maintain financial models
Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis
Prepare financial reports and dashboards
Partner with department leaders on financial planning
Present financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Support process improvements and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3+ years of FP&A, finance, accounting, or consulting experience
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Advanced Excel proficiency
Preferred Experience
Nonprofit, education, charter school, private school, or higher education environments
Endowment or donation-funded organizations
Growth-stage or mission-driven organizations
Ideal Candidate

Able to explain complex financial concepts to business leaders
