Our client is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead an FP&A team while serving as a strategic financial partner to executive leadership. This role combines people leadership, financial planning, business case development, and operational decision support to help drive organizational growth and performance.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Financial Analysts.
- Partner with executive leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial strategy.
- Develop financial models, business cases, pricing analyses, and operational recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce costs, and optimize business performance.
- Support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and corporate development activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting, and financial analytics.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Experience leading or mentoring finance professionals.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and business case development skills.
- Experience partnering directly with business leaders to influence decisions.
- Advanced Excel and ERP/reporting system experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Healthcare, manufacturing, or other operationally complex industry experience.
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Operations, or other customer-facing business units.
- Exposure to pricing strategy, valuation analysis, or corporate development.
