Manager of Finance Planning & Analysis

Our client is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead an FP&A team while serving as a strategic financial partner to executive leadership. This role combines people leadership, financial planning, business case development, and operational decision support to help drive organizational growth and performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Financial Analysts.
• Partner with executive leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial strategy.
• Develop financial models, business cases, pricing analyses, and operational recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce costs, and optimize business performance.
• Support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and corporate development activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting, and financial analytics.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Experience leading or mentoring finance professionals.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and business case development skills.
• Experience partnering directly with business leaders to influence decisions.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/reporting system experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Healthcare, manufacturing, or other operationally complex industry experience.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Operations, or other customer-facing business units.
• Exposure to pricing strategy, valuation analysis, or corporate development.
