Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager



  • Own the budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting processes

  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational decision-making

  • Analyze business performance, identify key drivers, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership

  • Lead monthly forecasting cycles and variance analysis activities

  • Establish and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting across multiple business units

  • Partner with operational leaders on financial planning, resource allocation, and business strategy

  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements

  • Support executive leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic planning projects

  • Help develop scalable FP&A processes, tools, and infrastructure to support future growth



Qualifications for the FP&A Manager



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required

  • 6+ years of direct FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience

  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis experience required

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required

  • Experience supporting multi-site, retail, healthcare, real estate, hospitality, nonprofit, or other operationally complex environments preferred

  • Experience with business intelligence, analytics, or reporting tools preferred

  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, system conversions, or process improvement initiatives preferred

  • Experience leveraging automation, AI, or advanced analytical tools within finance is a plus

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
