Job Description

Financial Additions is searching for an FP&A consultant for a 3-5 month onsite project near Addison. The ideal candidate is an FP&A consultant, or a FP&A Manager or Director that is between jobs and able to commit to the project until completion. Company is ready to interview and get this project moving within 2 weeks.

• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, including KPI analysis, business insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Use financial and operational analytics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Analyze and present P&L results for assigned business units, including revenue, volume, costs, margins, and SG&A expenses.
• Lead monthly P&L reviews with Regional Vice Presidents and Area Directors, providing financial modeling and decision-support analysis.
• Partner with Accounting, Sales, Operations, and IT teams to improve business performance
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for financial and operational reporting.
• Drive reporting automation, improve data integrity, and reduce manual processes
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including budget management, variance analysis, and savings initiatives.

Qualifications include:

• 8+ years progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Multi-location manufacturing and distribution industry experience preferred
• Ability to manipulate large data sets in Excel.
• Business Planning & Consolidations (BPC) tool experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-functional partnership capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
