Highlights of the Manager of Home Care position:
As the Manager of Home Care, you'll serve as the operational and business leader of Pegasus at Home.
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the Pegasus at Home program
- Recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing Home Health Aides and scheduling staff
- Ensuring exceptional service delivery and resident satisfaction
- Managing staffing, scheduling, service plans, documentation, billing, and payroll processes
- Monitoring quality assurance, compliance, and operational performance
- Building strong relationships with residents and families
- Developing partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, and other referral sources
- Driving resident participation, service utilization, retention, and revenue growth
- Collaborating with community leadership to identify opportunities to enhance resident independence and quality of life
- Actively promote Pegasus at Home services to residents, families, prospects, referral sources, and community partners.
What We're Looking For
- Three to five years of leadership experience in senior living, home care, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field
- Proven success leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in operations management, staffing, scheduling, and business development
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service excellence
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred
- LPN or LVN license preferred but not required
