Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours/pay period | Monday to Friday | 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Location: Must be available to travel to Alexandria, Morris, and Waite Park, MN.
Pay Range: $80,000-$95,000/year (salaried exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Manager of Hospice Clinical Operations, you'll lead a compassionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our hospice clients and their families. You'll oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring every element of our services aligns with Vivie's commitment to excellence, regulatory compliance, and whole-person care.
As a Manager of Hospice Clinical Operations, you will:
Lead & Manage Clinical Operations
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care provided by the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT). Ensure compliance with corporate policies, billing standards, and federal and state regulations.
Team Supervision & Utilization
- Supervise field and office staff, ensuring case load assignments are managed effectively based on acuity, geography, and staffing capacity. Monitor team performance to meet clinical benchmarks and optimize productivity.
Referral & Admissions Coordination
- Partner with the Clinical Team Assistant to manage new referrals, complete chart assessments, determine hospice eligibility, and oversee timely Face-to-Face visits and documentation.
Collaboration & Quality Assurance
- Work cross-functionally with Quality & Compliance, Training & Education, and Human Resources to drive clinical outcomes, improve CAHPS and PEPPER scores, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Physician Communication & Documentation
- Maintain consistent communication with the Hospice Medical Director and Physician Designees regarding new admissions, Certifications of Terminal Illness, and medical updates.

This job also requires:
- Current RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Bachelor''s degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of hospice experience preferred.
- CPR certification (within 6 months of hire).
- Valid driver's license and access to insured personal vehicle.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of hospice regulations and documentation standards.
- Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with clients, visitors, and families.
