Job Summary:
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this position is also responsible for ensuring effective training delivery of classroom, web based and one-on-one training to technical staff; leveraging advanced knowledge of products, operational workflows, and or clinical work, and implementing frequent application enhancements into each curriculum trained; approving and implementing updates and optimization for multiple applications in support of organizational strategic initiatives to end-users; proactively monitoring end user support during system go-lives, content, and annual application upgrades and considering others recommendations on how to improve end user system proficiency and address end users system issues; overseeing analysis of client business processes and functional application requirements and planning next steps based on findings; providing problem resolution of highly complex information systems related issues and addressing wide range of concerns from end-users/clinical/ training personnel; evaluating existing application products for feasibility in meeting client requirements and develops recommendations; driving conversations with leaders on the future directions of both business and information processing technology; proactively participating in meetings and conversations regarding product release and tracks and implementing any changes in production that affect curricula; and working with leadership to plan new business operating models based on product functionality using innovative approaches to Information Technology (IT) solutions.
