Position Summary

The IT & Business Systems Manager is responsible for the strategy, performance, security, and continuous improvement of the company's technology ecosystem, including IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, business applications, websites, e-commerce platforms, and related systems.

Working closely with company leadership, this role develops and executes a technology roadmap that supports business objectives while ensuring technology investments deliver measurable value. The position is responsible for evaluating technology resources, vendors, systems, and spending to improve efficiency, reduce waste, manage risk, and maximize return on investment.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a lean organization. The successful candidate must be equally comfortable discussing long-term technology strategy and personally assisting with system troubleshooting, business systems improvements, and project execution when needed.

The position reports to the CEO and directly supervises the Epicor Development Engineer and IT personnel and is responsible for determining the most effective combination of internal resources, managed service providers, consultants, and technology partners.
