Manager of Learning
The Manager of Learning drives the strategic direction of the Training and Development function, with direction from the Sr. Manager of Learning. The Manager of Learning is responsible for leading a team of designers, facilitators/consultants, and/or associates to conceptualize, plan, design, and facilitate a wide range of specialized training. Scope of training accountabilities includes leadership development programs, communication and professional development, learning technologies, safety and harassment compliance programs, and HQ functional Training and onboarding.

Competencies
Expert level in adult learning theory, curriculum development, and learning management systems
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Advanced public speaking and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of learning management technologies
Familiarity with and/or experience working in Workday is preferred but not required
Excellent change leadership skills
Advanced in project management
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Able to translate audit findings, assessments, and gap analysis into recommendable actions to senior leaders

Minimum Required:

$123,641.54 - $176,189.21 / Yearly
Bonus Target: 10% Annual
