Manager of Sales Training
Location: Little Rock, AR | Full-Time
Reports to: Lauren Shurtleff, Director of Sales – Training
The Manager of Sales Training will be responsible for designing, organizing, and delivering engaging training experiences to our largest outside sales channel. This role is ideal for someone with a background in education or sales training who is enthusiastic about inspiring others, creating impactful content, and managing large-scale programs with confidence and precision. This individual will play a critical role in equipping new hires with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed.
In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership, support our growing team of sales professionals, and continuously evolve our training programs to drive measurable performance outcomes. This is a high-impact position that requires creativity, poise, and a deep understanding of how people learn best.
The ideal candidate is an engaging communicator, a strategic thinker, and a natural leader—capable of commanding a room of 40–75 participants with professionalism and energy. Highly organized, self-directed, and proactive, this person takes strong ownership of their work, anticipates needs, and drives priorities forward. They excel at managing multiple initiatives independently, maintaining attention to detail, and consistently delivering high-quality results against firm, fast-moving deadlines.
