Our client is a Worcester based high end homebuilder. With an excellent market reputation we are seeking to add a skilled high end residential project manager to our team.
Job Description
Manager of Small Projects:
- Manage small construction projects from initiation to completion within the property industry.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to planned schedules.
- Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
- Identify and address project risks and challenges proactively.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensure all projects align with the company's standards and client expectations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Manager of Small Projects, Residential homes should have:
- Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management.
- Experience in the property or construction industry, particularly with small projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards in construction.
- Ability to identify and resolve challenges in a proactive manner.
