Overview

Responsible for day-to-day treasury operations including cash management, debt service support, liquidity activities, merchant processing/credit card collections, cash accounting, and reconciliations. Manages a small team to execute daily tasks and support treasury projects. Provides input to senior leadership on process improvements and risk mitigation but focuses primarily on operational execution.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the preparation and maintenance of short- and medium-term cash forecasts in coordination with FP&A and business unit leaders. Review daily cash positions and liquidity needs; ensure timely transfers to meet obligations.
• Oversee daily cash management activities including bank account monitoring, funds movement, and merchant/credit card processing. Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions in the general ledger.
• Review and analyze the treasury reporting package and dashboard; deliver regular variance analyses and actionable insights to senior leadership. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve cash flow efficiency.
• Oversee system enhancements including implementation, testing, and user training for Treasury Management System (TMS). Recommend process changes to improve control, efficiency, and data quality.
• Maintain strong internal controls over policies and procedures related to cash management, debt service, and reconciliations. Partner with Internal Audit or external auditors as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, and other departments to resolve discrepancies, support month-end close activities, and provide treasury input for corporate projects.
• Assist in special projects such as banking structure reviews, fee analyses, or integration of new business units into the treasury function.
• Other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; or 7-10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Solid understanding of cash management and treasury operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Ability to interpret financial reports, legal documents, and technical procedures.
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and understand general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents, or governmental regulations
• Ability to work with a variety of mathematical concepts
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
• Strong Microsoft Office skills

Minimum Salary

USD $71,805.00/Hr.

Maximum Salary

USD $83,166.00/Hr.
