**Position:** Manager on Duty **Hours:** 30-35 hours per week
**Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. - Manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service while fostering a positive and upbeat atmosphere. - Implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. - Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a smile. - Assist in staffing, training, and scheduling to ensure an efficient and effective team.
**Qualifications:** - Previous management experience in a hospitality or entertainment setting preferred. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage a diverse team. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - A passion for guest service and creating a fun environment.
