Manager on Duty - Pirates Voyage

Pirates Voyages, is seeking a dedicated, hardworking individual to fill our Operations Manager position. This is a growth opportunity position within the organization. Direct supervision responsibilities across multiple types of departments including food & beverage, retail, maintenance and guest services.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (included, but not limited to)Manager on Duty for themed, fast paced Dinner Attraction.Serves as Safety and Loss Control Coordinator for attraction.Responsible for maintaining a safe and aesthetically pleasing workplace and guest areas.Coordinating with contractors and internal maintenance staff on maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring that the job is completed on schedule and within budgetMentoring and providing direction to Department Managers.Works with General Manager in ensuring company financial and attendance goals are being met.Previous work experience in the hospitality industry in strongly desired.
