Expected pay for this position is $46.05 - $61.02/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Manager Oncology Services is responsible for planning, scheduling, and evaluating the operations of the Oncology department. The manager ensures the provision of high-quality services in accordance with Cancer Center, Medical Center, and regulatory requirements. They assist in the development, implementation, and administration of new services in order to achieve fiscal year business plans while managing financial, capital, and human resources of the department.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education: Bachelors degree in nursing, business, or other healthcare related field

 

Experience:

  • 3 years’ work experience in a clinical/healthcare setting.
  • 2 years supervisory/management experience

 

Licensure/ Certification: N/A

 

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Master of Science in Nursing or nursing administration, business or healthcare related field

 

Experience: Work related experience in Oncology

 

Licensure/Certifications in Radiation Oncology

 

Other Skills/ Knowledge: Knowledge of business and management theory, information systems theory and leadership
