Responsibilities include issuing operating instructions, overseeing plant chemistry and water balance, planning maintenance activities, and reviewing operational data to optimize costs and performance.
Developing and maintaining safety programs, ensuring environmental compliance, and managing permit requirements are key duties.
The position involves managing multiple functions such as commissioning, control room, water treatment, and plant maintenance, with responsibility for budgets, staffing, and project decisions.
Requires 10+ years of experience in power plant operations, technical knowledge of control logic and P&IDs, strong computer skills, and a valid driver's license.
Offers a salary range of $122,952.71 - $156,764.71.
