Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting supply chain systems.
  • 10 years of experience working in domestic and international environments.
  • 7 years of experience managing operations and leading cross-regional teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in managing vendor and outsourced providers.
  • 10 years of experience in scaled and supplier operations and project management.
  • Experience to deliver results through cross-functional interaction with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally.when needed.
  • Excellent aptitude and presentation skills with the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will lead your team to manage the contract manufacturing partners and their day to day operations and systems in regards to logistics, inbound and outbound material, on time delivery and various other KPI and OKR in relation the manufacturing footprint.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for a region of contract manufacturing operations for Google's data center infrastructure hardware portfolio in relation to google cloud, storage, compute, machine learning, and network technology
  • Manage cross-functional activities between contract manufacturers, NPI, engineering, supply chain, planning, quality and production
  • Evaluate business risks and improve key performance indicators (KPI) to enable flexible capacity for the customer's needs.
  • Provide mentoring and feedback to CM management team based on KPI and field quality feedback.
  • Reduce complexity and improve communications between cross-functional teams and platforms by establishing key ownership and identifying role and responsibility gaps.
