The Drug Product Division - North America (DPD-NA) is one of the five divisions that make up the Pharma Services Group with approximately 4,400 colleagues across six sites specializing in sterile injectable and oral solid dose drug products.

The Operations Manager leads sterile production operations, ensuring GMP compliance, production performance, colleague development and operational excellence.

A Day in the Life:

Lead daily sterile manufacturing and filling operations, manage schedules, budgets, safety, customer interactions, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Keys to Success:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years pharmaceutical operations/quality experience.
  • 2+ years management experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong GMP knowledge.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Process improvement mindset.
  • Ability to lead technical teams.

Physical Requirements
