    The Manager, Operations - THN is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day and strategic operations of the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) at Triad HealthCare Network (THN). This role ensures efficient, compliant, and high-performing execution at the practice level, drives alignment with value-based care objectives, and plays a critical part in advancing THN's mission of delivering high-quality, coordinated care while optimizing performance and financial sustainability.

     


    Essential Job Function

    • Develops and implements operational strategies, processes, and initiatives to optimize THN's ACO and CIN performance.

    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive seamless integration and execution of ACO/CIN operations.

    • Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implements corrective actions as needed.

    • Manages and supervises a team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

    • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a strong focus on quality and patient satisfaction.

    • Fosters relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and community organizations, to enhance collaboration and achieve shared goals.

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    • Oversight of THN strategy execution.


    Education

    • Required: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
    • Preferred: Master Business Administration of Master Healthcare Administration


    Experience

    • Required: 6 Years in Medical Practice total, 4 Years of Practice Leadership experience


    Licensure/Certification/Listing

    • Preferred: Medical Group Management Association - American College of Medical Practice Executives (MGMA ACMPE)BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
