Job Description
Manager or AP/AR (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Manager)

Location: HybridSan Diego

Salary: $120K-$135K (DOE)

Our top-tier client is looking for a direct-hire fulltime AP/AR Manager in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing environment. The right person will understand the specialized needs of a similar environment (distribution, credit/deductions, chargebacks, etc.)

The right candidate will lead a multi-channel manufacturing finance operation in support of senior leadership.

Specifically:
•Lead a team of 5-10 AP/AR Specialists
•Manage vendor interactions relationships, including managing chargebacks, deductions, and other similar activities.
•Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations and finance.
•Ensure proper ERP documentation and support.
•Deliver full-cycle receivables and payables.

Requirements

Requirements:
•5+ years of AP/AR accounting and finance experience
•2+ years of proven team leadership
•Demonstrated experience with Manufacturing, Consumer Package Goods (CPG), or similar.
Proven ERP excellence.
