Responsibilities:
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant and the Operator Has full responsibility for a daypart or segment of the business Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Proven restaurant leadership skills Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven leadership in restaurant experience True Servant leader with the utmost character and integrity Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment Ability to maintain professional relationships within a larger leadership team structure Consistency and reliability Cheerful and positive attitude Loves serving and helping others Highly driven to manage and get results Works well independently and in a team environment Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis Sets very high standards for self and others
