About the Role Clark Hill PLC is seeking a is seeking an experienced individual for the role of Manager or Senior Manager of Partner Recruitment for its Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, or Washington, D.C. office. The Partner Recruitment Manager oversees the full lifecycle of lateral partner recruitment. This firmwide role works with the Director of Legal Recruitment, firm leadership, business unit leadership, and office Members in Charge to support strategic growth and hiring initiatives. Pay Range and Compensation Package The salary range at the time of posting is $130,000 - $160,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
