The Enterprise Architecture team is a core delivery organization within the Corporate Systems group, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the technical Integration & Extensions that connects RTI's Oracle Cloud and enterprise business systems. The team serves as the technical backbone enabling cross-functional business processes across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and beyond.

We are seeking a results-driven Manager, Oracle Technologies to lead a team of integration engineers, extension developers, and technical analysts — including both direct staff and managed vendor resources. This leader will bring deep, hands-on Oracle platform expertise and the ability to scale impact through people, process standards, and architectural governance.
