Opening

Are you passionate about advancing healthcare through data-driven insights and impactful research? Hologic is seeking a Manager, Outcomes Research to lead strategic initiatives that drive market access and adoption for our Breast and Skeletal Health portfolio. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to shape the future of clinical and economic evidence in women’s health.


Knowledge


+ In-depth understanding of health economics and outcomes research principles.

+ Familiarity with clinical trials, scientific communications, and/or medical science liaison activities.

+ Expertise in evaluating scientific literature, payer policies, health technology assessments, and medical guidelines.

+ Knowledge of medical technology or imaging, and/or breast cancer or cancer screening (preferred).

+ Proficiency in analyzing medical insurance claims and electronic health records.


Skills and Behaviors


+ Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

+ Exceptional communication skills—able to clearly convey complex clinical evidence and study findings to diverse audiences (marketing, sales, R&D, clinicians, payers, and patient advocacy groups).

+ Ability to develop clinico-economic models, scientific presentations, and peer-reviewed manuscripts.

+ Collaborative and team-oriented approach; works effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

+ Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

+ Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet ambitious deadlines.


Experience


+ Demonstrated track record in health economics and outcomes research, clinical trials, scientific communications, and/or medical science liaison roles.

+ Experience overseeing and coordinating external consultants and clinical collaborators in outcomes research studies.

+ Graduate degree in health sciences, health economics, epidemiology, public health, or bioengineering (preferred).

+ Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience will also be considered.

Additional Info:


The annualized base salary range for this role is $104,700 to $174,400 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
