WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • The Manager, Owner Marketing, leads the development and execution of strategic owner marketing initiatives designed to enhance the customer journey through vehicle ownership experience. This role collaborates with internal and external teams to deliver innovative programs and communications that build brand loyalty, increase retention, educate owners, drive customer satisfaction, increase Bluelink connectivity and support HMA profitability goals.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Lead strategic direction and execution of Owner Marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and performance.
  • Own and optimize marketing cost analysis across national and dealer-level tiers for efficient budget allocation.
  • Develop in-dealership digital marketing and content strategies to drive parts sales and improve performance.
  • Execute cross-functional campaigns supporting HMA objectives in customer satisfaction, parts sales, and vehicle quality.
  • Drive customer-facing initiatives across IQS, VDS, CSI, TXI, and SSI to improve owner education, digital transformation, eCommerce, and retention.
  • Lead Salesforce (Connex) projects, ensuring integration, data consolidation, and real-time reporting.
  • Execute Connex campaigns and journeys using system expertise and specialized training.
  • Design and implement Owner Education Program with video content and multi-channel materials.
  • Manage Bluelink Digital Commerce strategy, including go-to-market plans and campaigns to boost subscriptions and retention.
  • Foster innovation across marketing touchpoints through new technologies and methodologies.
  • Manage large-scale video production, including scripts, logistics, and educational asset development.
  • Support department budget, monitor compliance, and resolve variances.
  • Oversee supplier selection, agreements, RFPs, deliverables, and performance.
  • Manage invoices, purchase orders, and internal approvals.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies with vendors.
  • Drive strategic and tactical decision-making for marketing initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Bachelor degree is preferred.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent problem solving/data analysis skills.
  • PMP Certificate preferred.
  • Proficient in SAP preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of database querying (QMF, Oracle, QL Server and/or Access, etc.).

WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU

  • Compensation Range: $91,000 - $130,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
  • Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
