An independently owned and operated Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting franchisee is looking for an experienced leader to be our Manager and to oversee daily production in Panama City, Florida!

Pay Details:

• $1,000/week + NO CAP commission
• Weekly & Quarterly bonuses based on sales

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Onsite

The right candidate will have:

• Minimum of 5 years business management experience
• Ability to motivate a team to reach weekly goals
• ICAR and OE certifications are a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Focus on operations excellence is a must
• Body shop/collision experience preferred, willing to train

Our Manager will:

• Responsible for assigning repair work to technicians
• Supervise workflow to complete vehicle repairs with target dates
• Work closely with the shop manager and technicians to promote good communication and efficiency
• Communicate with customers for repair updates and notices of any delays
• Document repairs and communications with customers
