Pay: $98,945 - $158,308 / year. Pay is dependent on applicant''s relevant experience

The Manager of the Operations Consultant Team will lead a high-performing team focused on decision tree improvement and design, standardizing access workflows optimizes scheduling workflows through data-driven review. By collaborating closely with clinic leaders, the team enhances scheduling efficiency, improves the patient experience, and supports accurate, reliable access to care across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of access experts responsible for building systemwide decision trees in Epic and optimizing scheduling practices.
• Collaborate regularly with clinic operations, clinical leaders, and physician stakeholders to align access strategies across diverse care settings.
• Drive performance metrics and implement strategies that support timely, equitable access to care across the organization.
• Champion change management efforts and foster cross-functional partnerships to advance access-related goals with clarity and consistency.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED and relevant job experience. Preferred:Bachelor''s degree.
• 5 years of relevant experience, including 1 year of leadership experience.
