Position Summary
The Manager, Performance Dining is responsible for the overall management of the Performance Dining experience, including all meals, events, and activities related to Performance Dining. Alongside the culinary team, the Manager, Performance Dining is expected to coordinate all meals, events, and activities at the venue into a cohesive team effort that ensures successful execution and meets the client/venue''s standards and expectations. This includes planning, organizing, and executing the service requirements for each event/meal and determining all scheduling and product components required to properly serve events within budgetary guidelines. Additionally, the Manager, Performance Dining, will provide management assistance to the Premium Manager in the profitable management of premium operations, as needed. The Manager, Performance Dining will actively supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train, and mentor employees in meeting company quality standards and will promote a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment. The Manager, Performance Dining will provide oversight and resolution for front-of-house employee performance issues, in addition to actively and independently managing all aspects of employee relations to ensure a positive, harmonious, compliant, and teamwork environment. The Manager, Performance Dining enforces all company policies and procedures to OVG personnel. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work on a variable event-driven schedule, including evenings and weekends. Flexible availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, self-direction, and strong technical (computer and POS) aptitude are required.
This role pays an annual salary of $67,500-$72,500

The Manager, Performance Dining is a key member of the Performance Dining team at Colorado State University's Canvas FB Stadium, directly supporting athletes, coaches, and staff by ensuring a seamless delivery of team meals that contribute to peak athletic performance.
