Manager, PeriAnethesia

HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Manager of PeriAnesthesia at a 300+ bed facility in Washington.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Organizing, planning, managing and evaluating clinical and management activities for the designated department and in accordance with hospital system policies/standards/procedures and applicable regulatory/accreditation requirements.
• Actively participates in the management activities and overall operations of the Perioperative Service Line to support the continuity and quality of patient care and foster inter-departmental communication/collaboration.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelors of NursinG Preferred or Bachelors Other in a related field Preferred
• Experience: 4+ years of related work expereince; 2+ years of recent supervisory or management capacity
• Strong communication, diplomacy and persuasiveness, analytical ability, strong judgment and managerial skills
• License: Washington RN license or Compact RN license required
• Certifications: AHA BLS, Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) Preferred; Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) Preferred
• Computer Skills: Information systems experience and Microsoft Office suite
