Job Summary:
As Manager, Pharmacy Administration & Services, you will support pharmacy operations, programs, and special projects for Pharmacy Administration that improve the patient and team member experience while maximizing efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include supporting and managing initiatives to deliver incremental prescription volume through various levers and partnership across the Support Center. Supports Rx modernization and technology enhancements and initiatives, informing the strategy and responsible for planning and field documentation. Also partnering with Rx Operations to ensure the solution meets the needs of patients and team members and serves as the single point of contact for Pharmacy Administration team across the Support Center for these technology enhancements / initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee pharmacy administration and/or services support programs, ensuring consistent and compliant execution of workflows and policies.
- Lead a team responsible for pharmacy billing, credentialing, service delivery, core pharmacy and compliance support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement pharmacy initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and use data insights to recommend and implement improvements.
- Support change management efforts to facilitate adoption of new processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations, as well as internal policies.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities for team members.
- Assist in budget management and resource planning within assigned pharmacy programs.
- Communicate program status, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Supervise pharmacy administration staff, including hiring, performance management, and professional development.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmacy operations, administration, or related healthcare functions.
- Experience managing pharmacy programs and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes.
- At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
- Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmacy degree (B.S. or PharmD).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
- Experience leading small teams or project groups in pharmacy or healthcare settings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analytics tools.
