Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Executes physician relationship management strategies that support referral engagement and network growth.
Manages CRM systems, provider databases, and relationship intelligence tools to ensure data accuracy and usability.
Maintains provider segmentation, relationship records, contact histories, and engagement activity tracking.
Develops and improves referral communication workflows to enhance provider experience and referral transparency.
Partners with patient care coordination, referral hub, access, and operations teams to identify process improvements and reduce referral friction.
Coordinates relationship management activities across internal teams to ensure consistent communication and operational alignment.
Supports oncology network development through structured relationship insights and referral pathway optimization.
Performs other duties as assigned.
