A Brief Overview


The Physician Marketing Manager develops and executes targeted marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the Holy Name brand and organizational priorities, with a focus on elevating physician network visibility, growing referral relationships, and increasing patient volume across priority service lines. 


What You Will do 

• Build and execute marketing plans for individual physicians, providers, and specialty groups 
• Develop referral growth campaigns and provider outreach initiatives
• Partner with service line leaders to identify growth strategies and opportunities
• Manage Marketing staff supporting physician onboarding; profile content, bios, digital presence, physician network events, in addition to continued growth/support initiatives for key providers
• Work in partnership with the Digital Strategist and Marketing Data Analyst to conceptualize and execute digital campaigns and align with Data Science to track and optimize performance metrics
• Cross functional partnerships with Health Partner Service team, including leading monthly Health Partners Services Meeting and attending Office Managers Meeting
• All other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications  

• Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or Related Field Required 

Experience Qualifications  

• 5-8 healthcare marketing or physician liaison marketing experience, required   
• 5-8 Experience balancing multiple stakeholders and projects required

If you are hired at Holy Name, your final base compensation will be determined based on factors such as employment status (Full/Part-Time or Per Diem) skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Pay Range: $108,992 - $136,240
