At Delta Professional Services (DPS), the Manager, Pipeline & Resource Strategy serves as a strategic workforce planning leader responsible for ensuring a sustainable talent pipeline across DPS client groups. This role partners closely with business leaders, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and operational stakeholders to forecast staffing needs, develop workforce strategies, optimize recruiting pipelines, and implement scalable resource solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
The successful candidate is a change agent who combines strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and people leadership to drive talent acquisition planning and resource optimization initiatives. This individual will lead a team while developing innovative solutions that strengthen candidate pipelines, improve workforce readiness, and enhance the employee onboarding experience.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving business results.
Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy initiatives.
Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to influence business decisions.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to effectively lead in a dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed environment.
Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and employee-focused workplace.
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
