Advertised Compensation: $89,800.00 to $105,700.00
Purpose: The Manager of Pricing & Compliance is responsible for developing critical relationships in the New York City market to properly execute the standards set in the comprehensive pricing policy and ensure compliance.
Essential Functions:
Reporting Relationship: The Manager, Pricing & Compliance reports into the Senior Director, Revenue Optimization
Major Interdependencies: Business Analytics, Operations Performance, Operations, Finance, Commercial, Systems, Business Development, Concept Development, Culinary, Supply Chain
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
Education and Experience: The combination of education and professional experience must exceed 5 years:
In a leadership role: Preferably has 2 years of experience leading a team of professionals engaged in developing and executing revenue optimization programs
In a technical role: Requires 5 years of experience engaged in developing and delivering revenue optimization programs
A bachelor's degree in a program related to the functional area can count for 3 of the five-year requirement
In the industry: 3-5 years of Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience
Specialized Training:
Training that leads to an in-depth understanding of revenue optimization and business analysis
Training that leads to a detailed knowledge of restaurants and retail pricing practices, menu/assortment selection process, related KPIs and KPI improvement methods
Specialized Skillset/Competencies/Traits
Business acumen and also has the mindset required to understand the long-term implications of revenue optimization planning and to advance the organizations' goals
Demonstrated history of understanding the needs of the business, stakeholders, the employee population and individual circumstances
Demonstrated history of creating and maintaining positive work environments through coaching, developing, and leading teams to achieve common goals
Location: This position must reside in the NYC area; requires regular attendance at the NYC Airports (primarily JFK)
