Position Overview:
The Manager, Pricing Product Analyst plays a critical role in shaping and delivering next-generation pricing capabilities across North America. This individual will operate within a platform product model, partnering across Product, Data, and Revenue Growth Management teams to build and scale best-in-class pricing tools that drive measurable business outcomes.
This is not a traditional analyst role focused only on reporting-it sits at the intersection of product management, advanced analytics, and business strategy, helping deliver capabilities like price optimization, scenario simulation, elasticity modeling, and AI-powered decision support.
You will help transform how we price-enabling faster, smarter, and more actionable decisions that improve revenue, margin, and customer outcomes.
What You'll Do for Us
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Product Managers to define, prioritize, and deliver pricing features based on business outcomes-not just requirements
Translate business problems into product backlog items, user stories, and analytical solutions
Support agile delivery cycles, contributing to sprint planning, testing, and release readiness
Champion a test-and-learn approach, using data to validate solutions before scaling
Partner with Data Science and tech teams to develop and enhance pricing capabilities including:
Price elasticity modeling
Scenario simulation and "what-if" analysis
Optimization engines for price, promo, and assortment decisions
Design intuitive, business-friendly dashboards and decision tools
Ensure outputs drive actionable insights tied to KPI impact (revenue, profit, volume)
Support the full pricing lifecycle:
Strategy development
Planning and optimization
Execution and performance tracking
Ensure tools integrate seamlessly into customer and commercial workflows
Help embed pricing tools into multi-year, annual, and in-year planning processes
Partner with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality, reliable data inputs
Help define data products and pipelines that enable scalable analytics
Support governance frameworks to ensure a single source of truth across pricing tools
What You'll Need
What Success Looks Like:
Pricing tools are actively used by RGM teams and embedded in decision-making
Insights drive measurable improvements in revenue, margin, and trade efficiency
Capabilities scale across markets with consistent user experience and governance
Solutions balance analytical rigor with ease-of-use and adoption
Education Requirements:
Related Work Experience:
3-6+ years in analytics, pricing, revenue management, or product analytics
Experience working with data-driven tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL)
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insights
Experience partnering cross-functionally with both technical and business teams
Functional Skills:
Experience in CPG, retail, or pricing strategy
Exposure to product operating models or Agile ways of working
Familiarity with:
Pricing optimization / elasticity modeling
Trade Promotion or pricing tools (e.g., TPO, Anaplan, pricing engines)
Experience working with large-scale data platforms or AI/ML use cases
