Your role at BaxterThe Pricing Strategy & Deal Management Manager is the primary contact for the US Infusion Therapies and Technologies (ITP) Alt Site Sales and Marketing teams in their efforts to drive market share growth in focused care settings. This position is responsible for all aspects of Alternate Site price policy, price execution, and customer deal analytics. In addition, this position will be responsible for performing Acute IV Base pricing activities to assist Group Purchasing Organization customer contract extensions, and manage distributor cost price files.What you'll be doingSeeking a multifaceted, hard-working professional with a desire to work in a fast-paced organization. Must be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously and have a "roll-up your sleeves" kind of attitude. Effective ability to address challenges is critical in this role. Can handle working under pressure and manage cross-functional team through achievement of committed goals. Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills needed.Lead IV Base Alt-Site price-setting strategy, process, and impact for US ITPLead the execution of establishing pricing guidelines, price roll execution and price integrity across Alt Site Customer contracts.Lead Sales organization through quick and accurate sales analyses on products, customer activity, and contract provisions in support of customer contract offers.Develop potential pricing and contracting strategies across focused care settings.Support US ITP Acute IV Contract resign activities for $1.5B annual GPO agreements.Run total cost of ownership models and propose pricing actions for the ITP Sales team.Provide detailed sales analysis on key national accounts in support of creative deal structures.Manage Distributor Average Cost price lists working closely with Government Price Reporting and Channel Operations teams.Develop and execute process improvement projects that automate pricing analysis and support tools to inform, maximize, and streamline pricing processesWhat you'll bringAbility to manage Pricing activities within cross-functional business partners with a sense of urgency, prioritizingAbility to successfully apply standard financial, accounting and business problem-solving skills to daily business problems involving multiple variablesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must with sharp attention to detail and accuracyBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Statistics5+ years experience in a financial, data analysis, sales or contracting roleAdvanced level skill in Microsoft Excel requiredIntermediate level skill in Tableau and JDE preferredWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. This position is also eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
