Position Summary...
At Sam''s Club, our supply chain is critical to delivering the products our members need, when and where they need them. As a Manager, Process Improvement, you''ll play a key role in driving end-to-end supply chain performance and execution by helping our supply chain network operate more efficiently, reliably, and effectively. You''ll analyze operational data, identify opportunities to improve processes across distribution, fulfillment and transportation, and develop sustainable solutions that drive measurable business results.
In this role, you''ll partner with leaders across supply chain and key business functions to simplify complex processes, improve operational execution, reduce inefficiencies, and support strategic initiatives that strengthen our end-to-end supply chain. You''ll help drive transformational change across the business, using data-driven insights to influence decisions and improve outcomes for our members and associates. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
