Key Responsibilities

Business Analyst Functions

  • Serve as a supporting member of the Legal, Contract Management Center of Expertise team to develop and implement consistent standards, processes, metrics, solutions, templates and tools to improve and facilitate best-in-class business and contract processes in the Contract Management function.
  • Excellent judgment and initiative in collaborating with stakeholders in selecting the most effective solutions and in creating and implementing standard tools to resolve and deliver business solutions.

Procurement Management

- Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing software, services, and tools.

- Develop strategies to optimize procurement and negotiate favorable terms.

Contract Management

- Create, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and clients to ensure compliance and value.

- Update and maintain contract templates to align with organizational goals.

Vendor Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues to maximize value for the company.

Specialized Projects and Technical Expertise

- Document and update onboarding processes for new clients, such as initial setup workflows and service integration plans, to enhance team integration and efficiency.

- Develop project scoping processes using SharePoint and Power Automate.

- Create detailed sales process documentation to standardize workflows, utilizing Visio or similar software for process mapping, workflow visualization, and efficiency analysis.

- Maintain and manage a SharePoint-based CRM for the sales team.

Qualifications

- Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in business analysis, procurement, contract management, and vendor management, ideally within the technology or Managed Service Provider (MSP) industries.

- Strong proficiency in SharePoint, Power Automate, and CRM tools.

- Experience in project management, particularly migrations or large-scale implementations, with certifications such as PMP or Agile preferred.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical and operational tasks.
