The Manager, Product Design will lead a team of designers working on Rings mobile and web app experience. This leader will direct an international team of designers to create intuitive, cohesive experiences that help customers make the most of their Ring devices. They will drive AI-enabled innovations, establish scalable design systems, and elevate product quality while maintaining efficient delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively balancing craft excellence with practical execution across multiple work streams. This position requires flexibility to work across multiple time zones.

Key job responsibilities: • Lead an international team of UX designers in a dynamic environment, helping shape emerging opportunities and navigate complex challenges • Partner with content design, product management, and engineering leadership to align design with business goals • Lead strategic AI adoption initiatives that that empowers designers to tackle bigger challenges and deliver breakthrough experiences • Use data analytics to inform design decisions and present to stakeholders • Guide teams toward cohesive approaches while clearly communicating complex concepts • Set design vision and optimize team structures to meet objectives • Balance design solutions with technical constraints and customer needs • Foster cross-functional collaboration and innovation • Develop and mentor designers within the organization • Represent product design at the executive level

A day in the life Youll lead a product design team focused on Rings mobile and web experiences. Youll set objectives for the design organization alongside product management and engineering leaders, champion both data-driven design decisions and ambitious AI adoption initiatives. Youll optimize user experiences through analytics while exploring new AI-enabled possibilities that push our product innovation forward. Youll ensure design execution aligns with product strategy and design systems, mentor your team, and collaborate with cross-functional partners across global time zones. Youll drive initiatives that improve how customers interact with and get value from Rings ecosystem of products and services.

About the team The Product and Design Group (PDG) is a collaborative, multi-disciplinary organization of designers, engineers, writers, researchers, product managers, and program managers working together to bring the Ring/Blink/Amazon Key/Amazon Sidewalk (RBKS) product vision to life. We enjoy what we do, have big ideas, and tackle complex problems by taking risks that drive global solutions. In every work stream, we immerse ourselves in insights, and invent on behalf of our customers. We brainstorm scenarios they will benefit from and solutions to pain points-crafting innovative products that aim to connect the physical and digital customer journey.
