MEPPI s Critical Power Solutions Division (CPSD) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Management Section Manager to lead project-focused product management activities across research, planning, development, launch, and commercialization of CPSD products and services. In this leadership role, you will guide cross-functional execution, align project roadmaps, champion customer-driven innovation, and ensure successful delivery of products that meet market needs and business objectives.


What You ll Do

Lead Project Management Operations: Direct and oversee Project Management staff, providing leadership and support to ensure successful execution of product strategies, development programs, and launches that meet revenue, margin, and customer objectives.

Govern Project & Product Processes: Establish, refine, and enforce adherence to project and product lifecycle processes, including planning, development, release, launch, change management, lifecycle management, pricing administration, and business system governance.

Drive Market-Aligned Execution: Guide project teams in identifying market trends, emerging technologies, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to inform project prioritization and execution strategies.

Champion Voice of the Customer: Lead and support cross-functional coordination and Voice-of-Customer activities throughout the full lifecycle of projects from ideation through deployment and end-of-life.

Align Integrated Roadmaps: Ensure alignment of project roadmaps across products to enable efficient development and delivery of integrated, value-added system-level solutions.

Promote Innovation & Execution Excellence: Champion innovation initiatives in collaboration with Engineering and technology partners by establishing frameworks, tools, and facilities that support disciplined project execution.

Oversee Status Reporting & Communication: Develop and maintain project planning, execution, and launch status reports; ensure leadership and key stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and milestones.

Develop & Lead Talent: Manage Project Management staff in accordance with company policies; recruit, train, cross-train, mentor employees; conduct performance reviews; and provide compensation input.

Support Partner & Supplier Engagements: Assist Project Managers in negotiating agreements with technology and supply partners.

Collaborate With Customers & Stakeholders: Work closely with customer project teams, engineers, procurement, quality groups, and senior leaders to conduct Voice-of-Customer interviews, analyze data, establish timelines, communicate progress, and coordinate meetings.

Represent CPSD Professionally: Further CPSD s goals and professional image through cooperative, timely engagement with customers, partners, and internal MEPPI teams.


What You Bring

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical product or project management
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Technical & Market Expertise:

  • Advanced experience commercializing new products and technologies
  • Strong background launching and managing technical or industrial products and systems
  • Advanced knowledge of infrastructure equipment used in data centers and other mission-critical facilities

Skills & Attributes:

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams in a collaborative environment

Technology Proficiency:

  • Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with CRM platforms and ERP systems
