Throughout the day, engage with customers and internal stakeholders, providing clear updates, aligning expectations, and translating needs into actionable plans while supporting broader business priorities such as opportunity evaluation and profitability. Continuously drive alignment, remove blockers, and ensure accountability across teams, while maintaining structured tracking, closing action items, and preparing for upcoming milestones—all with a disciplined, organized approach that keeps complex programs moving forward.
This is a full-time consultant position based in Irvine, CA with a high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. The hourly pay rate range for this position is between $55.00 and $67.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
Schedule:
40 hours, no OT
Flexible hours: 8-5/9-6
Onsite: 5 days/week, may be given 1-day WFH option later on

Implement structured tools, tracking, and standard work
Improve cycle time, yield, and delivery performance
Establish repeatable processes that scale with growth
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills and experience in managing project tasks (tracking, organizing, updating, and chasing)
Program/project management experience preferred
Good excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
Entry-mid level PowerPoint experience - will be updating PP slides but not creating from scratch
