The role reports to the Director of Program Finance and supervises Financial Analysts I-III.
It serves as the primary financial contact for program-related matters, leading reporting, analysis, and solution development for program financial issues.
Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, supporting program meetings, providing monthly financial analyses, variance explanations, and cost efficiency strategies, and ensuring accurate forecasting and EAC reviews.
The position involves coordinating with various departments, maintaining compliance, supporting audits, and developing policies.
Qualifications require a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, government contracting, or construction, with at least 2 years in supervision; a master's or CPA/CMA is preferred.
Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and strong communication skills are essential. The role may involve exposure to challenging environments and requires the ability to obtain security clearances and meet employment eligibility guidelines.
