Pay rate: $83/hr on W2 (All Inclusive)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Technical Training Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of enterprise-wide training programs supporting large-scale system implementations, digital transformation initiatives, and operational excellence. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to develop learning strategies, drive employee readiness, improve user adoption, and ensure successful business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise training programs supporting system implementations and business transformation initiatives.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and identify role-based learning requirements.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the full training lifecycle using ADDIE and Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) methodologies.
  • Partner with project managers, business leaders, SMEs, and change management teams to support workforce readiness and successful go-live activities.
  • Oversee instructional designers, training developers, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and analytics tools to deploy and measure training effectiveness.
  • Analyze learner feedback, adoption metrics, and business performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging learning technologies to modernize training delivery.
  • Ensure all training materials meet safety, compliance, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Support ongoing enhancement of training programs as business processes and systems evolve.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, Organizational Development, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience leading enterprise training initiatives supporting system implementations, digital transformation, or business modernization.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional training projects in matrixed environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and implementation readiness.
  • Experience conducting training needs analysis and developing role-based curricula.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change, user adoption, and employee readiness.
  • Experience collaborating with project managers, change management teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing vendors and external training partners.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, virtual training environments, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience designing and developing technical or systems training materials.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise technical training programs.
  • Utility industry experience.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives.
  • Understanding of system implementation lifecycles and organizational readiness.
  • Experience using AI-powered learning tools and emerging learning technologies.
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Continuous improvement mindset focused on enhancing learning experiences and operational performance.
