Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise learning projects and training portfolios.
• Oversee the implementation of training initiatives across multiple operating units.
• Monitor training effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Manage training curriculum maintenance and the development of new learning programs to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Develop implementation roadmaps and manage project execution while proactively resolving risks and obstacles.
• Analyze data and provide strategic recommendations to address operational and regulatory challenges.
• Partner with business leaders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Instructional Designers to develop and deliver effective learning solutions.
• Ensure learning programs align with organizational objectives, regulatory standards, and workforce development strategies.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise learning programs, training projects, or learning portfolios.
• Experience implementing training initiatives across diverse business or operational units.
• Experience evaluating training effectiveness and identifying performance improvement opportunities.
• Experience overseeing curriculum development and maintenance.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop implementation plans and successfully execute complex initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with business leaders, SMEs, and Instructional Designers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting utility, energy, or infrastructure organizations.
• Experience assessing the impact of regulatory requirements and safety initiatives on electric grid infrastructure or operational processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and workforce training requirements.
• Experience aligning technical business operations with regulatory standards across multiple organizational units.
• Experience implementing automation solutions that improve compliance and embed governance into business processes.
