Job Summary

The selected individual will provide strategic leadership and hands-on support across a portfolio of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and organizational effectiveness initiatives within the EHSQ (Environment, Health, Safety & Quality) function. Core areas of focus include integration of management systems, EHSQ organizational effectiveness initiatives, Organizational Change Management (OCM), executive and organizational communications, and employee engagement and culture transformation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide strategic leadership and support for the development and implementation of the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) to streamline processes, reduce risk, and improve operational consistency. 2. Support EHSQ's organizational capability to operate as a unified system in support of Operations. Support strategic initiatives for integration of the EHSQ department by advancing strategic planning practices, strengthening change leadership and organizational change management capability, and improving cross-functional collaboration to better support Operations and prepare the organization for the future. 3. Support the development and implementation of the E3 Program by providing targeted communications and organizational change management support. 4. Provide organizational change management (OCM) support for EHSQ and Environmental Department initiatives, including Environmental Management System enhancements, process improvement teams, continuous improvement efforts, digital initiatives, and process transformation, to ensure successful adoption and sustainment. 5. Lead the development, coordination, and delivery of Environment, Health, Safety & Quality (EHSQ) and Environmental Department communications to strengthen organizational alignment, transparency, and engagement. 6. Manage the environmental culture strategy, roadmap, and project portfolio to strengthen the enterprise culture of compliance and environmental stewardship and inform continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in organizational change management (OCM) and change leadership
• Advanced communication skills, including executive-level messaging and organizational communications
• Experience supporting or leading culture transformation, employee engagement, or continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong program/project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
• High level of initiative, adaptability, and strategic thinking
• 7 10 years of experience

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to lead or support strategic initiatives, including planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment
• Experience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS), Environmental Management Systems, or similar frameworks
• Master's Degree preferred

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (required)
• Master's Degree (preferred)

Required Experience

• 7 10 years of experience in organizational change management, program/project management, or a related field
