Position Purpose
The Manager, Projects in the Lead Capability supervises and supports the Fixed Market pillar. This role provides oversight and guidance for project assignments and work with other Competency leaders to ensure the appropriate staffing of projects across Bands. The Manager is accountable for consistent, high-quality project delivery and must demonstrate a proven track record of successful project delivery - on time, within scope, and on budget.
They focus on successful project execution by ensuring team members are equipped with the working knowledge to excel in their role through their expertise with the TAIT Project Process, familiarity with the business operations, enabling team members through interoperability coordination per Competency, and by maintaining/implementing optimal training curriculum per Competency. Managers also mentor and coach within their Competency, guiding team members through project planning and execution, as well as leading by example via the TAIT traits and inclusive leadership framework.
Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred
