Job Overview: Manage day‑to‑day operations of Property Services to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality service delivery. Leads frontline teams and ensures work is completed in accordance with standards, procedures, and priorities. Responsible for daily operational execution within assigned areas of Property Services, including grounds, landscaping, winter maintenance operations, parking facility and roadway maintenance, moving services, and traffic control.
Create Your Path: The Work You’ll Do:
- Manages and coordinates daily operations, work schedules, and assignments. Ensures grounds, landscaping, snow removal, parking, and traffic operations meet safety and guest service standards. Leads execution of projects and special event support. Conducts routine property inspections to identify improvement and safety needs.
- Develops, updates, and maintains operational procedures. Implements approved policies and procedures. Responds to compliance, risk, and safety issues and completes corrective actions.
- Supports Gaming Enterprise departments with outdoor activities and guest-service such as jump starts, debris removal, and traffic control. Assists Tribal Operations departments with special projects and events, and other regular support such as deliveries and tree felling.
- Tracks and manages labor, materials, and operational expenses. Prepares budget inputs, purchase requisitions, and capital requests. Provides financial reports and variance explanations to Sr. Manager.

- Coordinates day‑to‑day activities with vendors and contractors. Monitors vendor performance and resolves routine service issues. Research and purchases equipment, tools, and materials. Pursues and approves any service agreements.
- Hires, supervises, and develops frontline supervisors and team members. Assigns work, communicates expectations, and monitors performance. Leads team member engagement, training, and performance management.
- Communicates operational status, issues, and needs to Sr. Manager. Participates in workgroups and meetings as assigned. Acts as the primary operational contact for internal service requests.
- Participates in snow removal and traffic control during special events.
- Participates in work groups and meetings as department representative or in place of Sr. Manager or Director as needed or appointed
- Driving is an essential function of the job. In the event driving is required, team members must adhere to the driving standards determined by the SMSC.
Job Requirements:
- Combination of post-high school education and 3+ years experience in operations, property maintenance, grounds maintenance, construction, landscaping, or horticulture.
- 1+ years of direct or 2+ years of indirect people leadership experience
- Experience in snow removal operations to equal 3 years or more.
- Knowledge of parking lot and parking garage maintenance.
- Knowledge of related OSHA safety standards and EPA laws and regulations, and SDS.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans.
- Valid Class D driver’s license is required with a good driving record.
